The service

We provide free tools for organizers, such as scheduling polls and bill splitting. No account is needed.

What you must not do

Enter anything illegal or offensive
Enter other people's personal information without their consent
Post abuse, harassment, obscene content, advertising or spam
Create pages in bulk, use automated access or otherwise disrupt the service
Misuse or try to break the service

Removing content

We may remove content that breaks these rules, or that we need to remove to run the service, without notice.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We don't guarantee that it is accurate, complete or fit for any purpose. Treat calculated amounts as a guide and confirm what you pay with each other. Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for any loss from using the service.

Changes and shutdown

We may change, pause or end the service without notice. If it ends, stored data will be deleted.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
